211 New York
S.A.R.S.
- Emergency I&R
After the events of September 11, 2001, the NYS AIRS Board decided that all New Yorkers need access to reliable, up-to-date information on how they can prepare for, respond to, and recover from disasters.  This web page links you to emergency resource information available in New York State and its regions, counties and cities.

This web page was created to provide quick access to pertinent information regarding emergency resources.  It is presented as a starting point for your use in accessing needed resources, but does not include every resource for emergency information.  Information was current as of April 1, 2002, but we recognize that changes occur continuously and ask that you keep us informed re those changes and bring additional resources to our attention at NYSAIRSBoard@egroups.com .
